Terms and Conditions for Referring a Friend
- The scheme excludes the person already registered with LRC.
- You must register your friend with LRC as a sole agency.
- In order to receive a refer a friend bonus, you must provide the name and contact details of your friend and have their express permission to pass them onto us.
- Alternatively your friend can contact us directly but must inform us that he/she has been referred by you and give us your name and contact details.
- In order to receive a bonus, we must not already have received details of that Candidate prior to your referral.
- The Candidate must be placed in a permanent Position by LRC within 12 months of your referral.
- He must also have completed at least 3 Months initial service in the new Position.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of LRC would be final.
- We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the refer a friend scheme at any time without notice.
