How should you start reading a bare act?

How to read a particular section?

Do not read a section on the internet or mobile phone. Take a printout of the act and read it 4-5 times. Underline the words that you cannot understand. Search its meaning in the definition clause and general clauses act. If you cannot find it then search it in a dictionary and understand its meaning. After this when you read an act, you can understand its meaning and essence.

There are characteristics of English such as commas, full stop in an act. These characters determine the meaning of the sentence. A comma is used to separate two sentences. A full stop is used to show the end of the sentence. While reading pay attention to these characters and understand accordingly. Also, do not the section in one go, read it by breaking it into parts.
